Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures and standards for engineering projects.
• Conduct thorough inspections and audits to ensure strict compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry regulations.
• Identify non-conformities, analyze root causes, and develop effective corrective and preventive action plans.
• Oversee the preparation, review, and control of all QA/QC documentation and reports.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams on all quality-related matters.
• Monitor and evaluate contractor and vendor performance regarding quality compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in QA/QC roles within an engineering or construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and international quality standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant QA/QC software and tools.
