Key Responsibilities

• Perform all necessary tasks to service food and beverage according to hotel standards.
• Greet and seat customers, serving them in a professional, discreet, and personalized way.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu to assist and advise guests.
• Consistently monitor the quality of food & beverage being served.
• Practice good customer relations and address customer complaints / queries satisfactorily.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of all service equipment.

Requirements

• Ideally, have a diploma / degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
• Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
• Good command of English is essential.
• Additional skills in guest service and interpersonal communication are important.
• Must be hands-on with a true passion for people and service.
