Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven track record in commercial leadership within the hospitality industry, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, revenue management, and financial principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
