• Source a high volume of CVs using various recruitment platforms and AI tools.
• Manage challenging recruitment requirements across multiple sectors.
• Successfully close positions within one month, regardless of the role.
• Prepare and submit detailed recruitment reports.
• Work with a holding company that recruits for multiple businesses, including contracting.

Requirements

• Preferably from an agency background with in-house experience in contracting.
• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and AI tools.
• Experience working in a holding company that recruits for multiple businesses.
• Strong track record of sourcing, recruiting, and closing positions across multiple sectors.
