Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the quality assurance system in compliance with quality standards.
• Determine and allocate quality assurance engineers and resources in projects.
• Develop and implement internal and external audit programs.
• Perform investigation and root cause analysis of failures across the organization.
• Support projects in implementation of corrective action plans.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of related work experience in similar industries; dredging and civil marine experience is mandatory.
• Certified and registered IRCA Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 is required.
