Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle for critical and volume logistics roles.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best talent fit.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce plans.
Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring journey.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics using the ATS.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of talent acquisition experience within the region.
At least 2 years focused on logistics or supply chain roles.
Strong knowledge of the logistics labor market and familiarity with operational and technical job profiles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
