Job Overview

Monitor the HSE’ performance and practices to ensure that Group Companies operations and plant assets are operating safely and in accordance with the HSE standards, policies and procedures. Act as a focal point for HSE management systems’ implementation, while providing with the needful support for the respective functions and personnel. Provide with recommendations and feedback to ensure proper resolution of incidents, and the implementation of HSE development projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review HSE reports and provide aligned support for HSE matters.
  • Monitor HSE compliance and participate in HSE inspections.
  • Support the understanding and communication of HSE Management Systems.
  • Contribute to the development of safety programs and ensure the availability of safety manuals.
  • Prepare and update safety inspection checklists for assessing hazards.
  • Participate in HSE-related studies such as HAZOP and Risk Assessment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 6 years of experience, including 3 years as Safety or HSE Engineer.
  • Experience in HSE project implementation and HSE systems.
  • Knowledge of Drilling, Operations, Construction, Petrochemicals, and refinery.
  • Professional Certifications: ISO 9001, NEBOSH / NIOSH, NPG ISO 14001 / RC ISO 27000.
