We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced profile with managerial store experience to join our store team within the luxury industry. As a Manager in stores, you will play a key role in driving performance, leading teams, and ensuring excellence across all areas of responsibility, in line with the brand’s values and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a managerial store position, ideally within the luxury or premium sector.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Strategic mindset combined with operational agility.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
