Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement store commercial strategy to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Manage and analyze KPIs to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Embody the Maison and inspire the team through leading by example.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and increase client acquisition.
• Ensure all processes are compliant with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
• Ensure the consistent presentation of the CELINE brand image in all aspects of the store.

Requirements

• Retail experience required with 5+ years in management within luxury/fashion business.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating high-performing teams.
• Strong business expertise with a track record of achieving results and exceeding targets.
• In-depth understanding of retail KPIs and ability to analyze business performance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
