Key Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient error-free processing of transactions within agreed SLAs.

• Perform monthly reconciliations and follow-ups on outstanding items.
• Undertake daily-processing activities related to payment center functions.
• Provide periodical reports and management information for effective decision making.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• 3 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector.
• Experience in similar positions with increasing managerial responsibilities.
• Knowledge of payment function operations.
• Strong understanding of compliance and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
