Gallega Global Logistics is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to lead the complete HR function. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and ensure people strategy, workforce planning, and HR governance are aligned with operational and commercial objectives. This role requires a hands-on, commercially minded HR leader with strong exposure to 3PL / logistics environments, capable of supporting fast-paced, operationally intensive businesses with a large frontline workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Operations, Warehouse, Transport, and Fleet leadership to align people strategy with business objectives.
Support manpower planning, productivity optimization, and workforce cost control in line with operational volumes.
Provide HR insights and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.
Lead workforce planning for peak and non-peak cycles (seasonality, ramp-ups, new contracts).
Partner with Talent Acquisition to support high-volume hiring for warehouse staff, drivers, supervisors, and planners.
Support succession planning and internal mobility for critical operational roles.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) preferred.
10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years as an HRBP or Human Resources Manager/HR Head.
Mandatory experience in 3PL, logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain.
Strong exposure to blue-collar and frontline workforce management.
Experience in multi-site, high-volume, operational environments.
