Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Guest Services Assistant or a similar role, with a strong focus on telecommunications.
• Strong technical understanding of hotel PABX systems and various communication technologies.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a highly customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a significant advantage.
