Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the Program Management Office (PMO) for all IT initiatives.
• Drive the strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of system integration projects.
• Ensure that all IT projects align with the overarching business goals and operational strategies.
• Manage large budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain project timelines for complex IT programs.
• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of project managers and IT professionals.
• Implement and enforce best practices for project management, system development lifecycles, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Senior Director or in a similar high-level leadership position within IT/PMO.
• Extensive experience in system integration, enterprise architecture, and IT project/program management.
• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to navigate complex organizational structures and effectively drive organizational change.
• Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly preferred.
