Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and customize D365 Human Resources modules to meet business requirements.
Analyze existing HR business processes and propose solutions for optimization using D365 functionalities.
Collaborate closely with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the D365 HR system.
Provide comprehensive user training and ongoing support for all D365 HR applications and features.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation for D365 HR configurations, processes, and user guides.
Ensure data integrity and compliance within the D365 HR system.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related technical field.
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources (D365 HR) implementation and support.
Strong understanding of HR functional processes, including payroll, talent acquisition, and performance management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (HR module) is a plus.
