Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily security operations and ensure a safe and secure environment for all.
Supervise, train, and mentor security staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Respond promptly and effectively to all security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of hotel premises, including common areas and restricted zones.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all security activities, incidents, and investigations.
Liaise effectively with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar supervisory security role.
Comprehensive knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and emergency response plans.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations calmly, professionally, and effectively.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
Possession of a valid security license or certification, as per UAE regulations.
