Key Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the hotel, including guest floors, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
• Monitor security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and disturbances.
• Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees at all times.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and prepare detailed reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certifications preferred.
• Previous experience in security is an added advantage.
• Vigilance, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to provide assistance and support in emergency situations.
