Job Overview

China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead and oversee quality assurance and control activities across major transport and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the project Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with RTA and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Oversee all QA/QC functions to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct internal and external quality audits, inspections, and testing procedures.
  • Review and approve Method Statements, ITPs, Material Submittals, and Quality Plans.
  • Liaise with RTA representatives, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to approved procedures and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 15-20 years of QA/QC experience.
  • Strong knowledge of RTA standards, manuals, and approval processes.
  • Certification in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor preferred.
  • Extensive experience with infrastructure, roads, bridges projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
