Key Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment for junior roles including sourcing, screening, and scheduling.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with recruitment metrics.
• Manage new-hire onboarding, including access setup and equipment coordination.
• Maintain accurate employee data and HR documentation across all regions.
• Provide HR operational support to employees, including benefits and policy inquiries.
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues confidentially.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Understanding of HR operations, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience in supporting recruitment processes and managing documentation.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably in startups.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
