Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure all work adheres to local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Work with other team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
• Properly use and maintain tools, equipment, and testing instruments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in MEP installation and maintenance preferred.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing MEP systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
