Key Responsibilities

• Complete all production/butchery activities as per Operation Procedures.
• Perform slicing/cutting/calibration activities and deboning of Chicken & Meat Products.
• Ensure maximum yield and minimum wastage as per product specifications.
• Complete butchery tasks effectively within the given period and based on production orders.
• Identify problems as they arise, informing the Shift Supervisor of deviations.
• Perform other assignments as required by the Production Supervisor.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Basic English written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work on Day & Night shifts.
• Ability to work in negative degree temperatures (15 degrees).
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and long hours when required.
