WADI ALSAHAB FOR MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES CO. is seeking a hands-on Logistics Coordinator to manage daily freight, customs and warehouse operations for projects and client engagements in the UAE. You will ensure timely movement of goods, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination between carriers, warehouses and internal stakeholders to meet SLA-driven targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders and carriers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery across UAE ports and airports.
  • Prepare, verify, and process import/export documentation; ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and Incoterms.
  • Manage WMS/TMS entries and track shipments-update inventory records, monitor ETAs, and investigate discrepancies.
  • Obtain carrier quotations, negotiate rates and service terms, and secure bookings to optimize cost and transit times.
  • Provide proactive shipment status updates to procurement, warehouse and client teams; escalate and resolve operational issues rapidly.
  • Support month-end reconciliation and collaborate with finance on freight cost allocation and invoice verification.

Requirements

  • Must-Have: WMS, TMS, MS Excel, Incoterms, Import/Export documentation, Customs clearance procedures
  • Preferred: SAP MM/WM, Freight forwarding experience, Arabic language proficiency
