Key Responsibilities
- Manage and allocate resources efficiently to meet operational demands.
- Liaise with customers and drivers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve issues.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to transport operations.
- Evaluate and recommend changes in work methods to increase productivity.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of similar experience in road transport operations.
- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, journey-related risks, and HSE procedures.
- Sufficient knowledge in HSE and driver training to handle DG product and behavioral safety.
- Ability to communicate performance standards and provide counseling as needed.
- Understanding of the relationship between decision-making and profitability.
- Familiarity with regulatory agencies and company policies and procedures.
