Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and bid fond farewell to all guests upon arrival at the resort.
- Assist guests with resort activity inquiries and requests.
- Actively elicit guest feedback and preferences to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Ensure sufficient stocking of welcome beverage, refresh towels, and special amenities.
- Coordinate transportation for guests in collaboration with the concierge desk.
- Handle difficult situations while effectively following resort policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to converse with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluency in English, foreign languages an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Lobby Host; preferably in a similar quality hotel.
- A friendly and outgoing behavior.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
