Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective learning and development strategies.
• Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and courses.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve content.
• Collaborate with department heads to align L&D initiatives with business objectives.
• Manage the L&D budget and resources efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Learning & Development Manager, ideally in the hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of various training methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
• Proficiency in HR software and e-learning platforms.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
