Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internship within our Private Members Club Department at Jumeirah - Dubai. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Acting as a central support for the Membership Experience team, coordinating member requests across Jumeirah properties and ensuring seamless pre-arrival, on-property, and post-departure journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as a central support for the Membership Experience team, coordinating member requests across Jumeirah properties.
  • Coordinating reservations and experiences across hotels, dining, wellness, beach clubs, entertainment, and transportation.
  • Building strong member relationships by understanding individual lifestyles, preferences, and needs.
  • Proactively anticipating challenges, plan alternatives, and collaborate closely with on-property teams.
  • Supporting operational and administrative tasks including member calendars and tracking systems.
  • Be present on-site for key member visits and events, creating warm arrival experiences.

Requirements

  • Previous experience or an internship in Luxury Hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of HNW lifestyles and luxury service expectations.
  • Highly organised and solutions-driven, able to anticipate needs and work under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy team player with strong IT and CRM skills.
