Key Responsibilities

• Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
• Maintain complete knowledge of hotel products, including room types, rates, and facilities.
• Take personal responsibility for service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Be proactive and innovative in meeting guest needs.
• Develop a close working relationship with all hotel departments.
• Attend hotel events, daily briefings, and training sessions.

Requirements

• Strong focus on customer service.
• Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required.
• Computer skills in Ms Office; experience with PMS is preferred.
• Preferably Russian or German speakers.
