Key Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve global office operations across multiple locations.
Set global standards and SOPs while adapting to local compliance and culture.
Lead vendor strategy and performance management for facilities, security, and office services.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, IT, and Security to ensure appropriate controls.
Lead and develop a global admin team, strengthening cross-functional collaboration.
Build dashboards and KPIs to automate workflows and improve efficiency.

Requirements

8-12+ years in Administration / Workplace / Facilities / Office Operations, including multi-country or regional scope.
Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple vendors across locations.
Strong commercial capability in budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and contract negotiation.
Operational excellence mindset with SOPs, governance, risk controls, and scalable processes.
Confident stakeholder management skills to influence senior leaders and align cross-functionally.
Comfortable in fast-paced environments (fintech/tech/crypto/startup experience is a plus).
