Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor and building management with Front of House operations.
• Help manage the shift schedule and monitor all areas for issue resolution.
• Perform routine inventory duties and maintain current inventory levels.
• Provide reception cover, greeting all guests and VIP visitors.
• Handle corporate events by assisting with venue setup and meeting requirements.
• Ensure that the reception area is maintained to a high standard.

Requirements

• Experience working in a five-star hotel in the UAE.
• Front Office experience (reception).
• Good people management skills and ability to manage associate satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Capability to establish good relationships with clients, customers, and service providers.
• Native or fluent proficiency in Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin.
