Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the hotel's revenue goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and corporate accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Dubai market.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients.
• Participate in sales meetings and industry events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai market and competitive landscape.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
