Key Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably in a luxury environment.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
