Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead electrical installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
  • Ensure all electrical works adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor a team of electrical technicians and workers.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on electrical systems.
  • Identify and resolve complex electrical issues and system malfunctions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the energy sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining high safety standards on all project sites.
  • Valid UAE driving license and ability to work in various site locations.
