Key Responsibilities

• Manage timely and accurate product listings across Jumbo.ae, Amazon & Noon.
• Maintain high-quality product content, descriptions, and images.
• Monitor marketplace dashboards and drive performance optimization.
• Oversee end-to-end order fulfilment using Vinculum OMS.
• Coordinate with warehouse & logistics for smooth order dispatch.
• Update product pricing, availability, and specifications.

Requirements

• 2-3 years in eCommerce operations (retail/marketplace preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, IT or related field.
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ecommerce product listing management.
• Marketplace operations (Amazon & Noon).
