Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.

Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Client Relationship Manager or similar role.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
