Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train reservation agents to ensure high service standards.

• Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of all reservation data in the system.
• Resolve guest issues and complaints related to bookings promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate effectively with sales and front office teams to optimize occupancy.
• Monitor reservation system performance and generate regular reports for management.

Requirements

• Prior experience in reservations or front office operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills with a focus on performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in reservation software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per operational needs.
