The Accounts Executive ensures accurate and timely financial operations by coordinating interdepartmental documentation, managing month-end closing activities, and preparing key financial reports to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with various teams to obtain intercompany supporting documents and review them.
• Prepare accrual, adjustment, and other closing entries.
• Reconcile sales data with BI reports and SAP systems.
• Compile Claims Receivable Aging Reports and coordinate settlements with brand teams.
• Prepare and circulate weekly and month-end stock provision reports.
• Generate sales and gross margin reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience using SAP systems is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
