Key Responsibilities

• Plan work week effectively, splitting time between sites.
• Lead teams to achieve company objectives and goals.
• Act as a People Manager for all staff, supporting them throughout their lifecycle.
• Recruit and onboard HOP team members.
• Minimize wastage by supervising stock counts and inventory management.
• Supervise compliance to company standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-4 years of grocery experience.
• Good understanding of managing and influencing P&L and KPIs.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities to grow Order Volume & GMV.
• Great knowledge of food safety and health and safety compliance.
• Previous experience in leading a team, including recruiting, training, and developing team members.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
