Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and assist them with seating arrangements.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverage items.
• Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen or bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries or requests in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
• Handle guest payments and manage billing procedures with accuracy.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a hotel or fine dining establishment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
