Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Waiter / Waitress or in a similar role in a hospitality setting.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
