Key Responsibilities

• Perform all necessary tasks to service food and beverage according to the hotel's standard.
• Greet and seat customers, serving them professionally and discreetly.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu to assist guests.
• Monitor the quality of food & beverage being served.
• Practice good customer relations and address customer complaints.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet.

Requirements

• Ideally, have a diploma / degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
• Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a high-volume restaurant.
• Good command of English and additional guest service skills.
• Positive and pleasant attitude with a passion for service.
• Ability to work in a busy environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail.
