Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans for all program workstreams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of program objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including accelerators and SME community leaders.
  • Monitor and report on program KPIs, impact metrics, and budget utilization.
  • Support the development and execution of the program’s communication and marketing plan.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize program delivery and impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Developed technical, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and sustainability.
  • Solid understanding of change management and transformation.
  • Experience with strategy development and implementation.
