Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 700-800 customers, primarily non-borrowing customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual KPI objectives related to portfolio, revenue, cross-sell, and activations.
• Cross-sell bank products such as new accounts, assets, trade, FX, and bancassurance.
• Refer and upgrade customers to other units within the segment, such as Sales & Coverage RM.
• Maintain daily sales reports on business performance for review.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant banking experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles.
• Commercial Banking experience is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English and Arabic.
• Thorough knowledge of banking products, policies, and processes.
• Ability to adhere to sales and compliance processes as per bank policies.
