Requirements

• Demonstrated P&L ownership and leadership of multi-country operations.
• Broad understanding of sourcing ecosystems and distribution channels.
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and able to build businesses in frontier environments.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to balance operational detail and strategy.
