Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with inquiries, bookings, and tour information.
• Provide translation and interpretation during tours and client interactions.
• Prepare itineraries, travel documents, and detailed schedules.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and local vendors.
• Escort groups and ensure smooth execution of sightseeing, transfers, and activities.
• Handle reservations, confirmations, and payments with vendors.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare tour reports.
• Resolve on-ground issues and provide real-time assistance during travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in tour operations, travel agencies, or hospitality.
• Good command of English (and local language preferred).
• Strong knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, and culture.
• Proficiency in MS Office, booking systems, and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
