Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
• Provide coaching and support to trainees to ensure successful learning outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Trainer, preferably within the aviation or hospitality industry.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong instructional design and content development abilities.
• Ability to adapt training methods to suit diverse audiences and learning styles.
• Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
