Key Responsibilities

• Oversee teller operations including cash withdrawals, cheque deposits, and foreign exchange transactions.
• Verify all transactions for completeness of source documents and accuracy of processing.
• Ensure daily teller and vault balancing and reconciliation of branch transit accounts.
• Monitor queue levels and reallocate staff to minimize waiting times.
• Promote FAB’s digital channels and self-service options to customers.
• Prepare and submit daily, monthly, and quarterly teller operation reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in teller operations and financial transactions.
• Strong knowledge of banking policies, operational risk controls, KYC, and AML requirements.
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills to supervise and develop teller staff.
• Ability to maintain full audit readiness and conduct surprise cash counts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Commitment to treating compliance as a mandatory operational requirement.
