Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical and engineering teams across construction projects.
• Review, coordinate, and approve designs, IFCs, and shop drawings.
• Ensure seamless coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Provide technical solutions to site-related construction challenges.
• Drive value engineering initiatives and cost optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, authority regulations, and project specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, Structural, or MEP Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 8-10 years of experience in technical management within the construction industry
• Strong expertise in multidisciplinary coordination and design review
• In-depth knowledge of UAE regulations and construction methodologies
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project
