Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs with a focus on value selling principles.
- Lead the technical onboarding of new hires, ensuring smooth integration and early competence.
- Monitor evolving training needs and proactively adapt curriculum to align with business priorities.
- Partner with Sales Enablement, Sales teams, and Marketing to align training efforts with business strategy.
- Create, update, and maintain training materials, including instructor-led and virtual presentations.
- Provide regular feedback to training stakeholders, track program data, and seek cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or Industrial Distribution.
- Minimum 5-8 years experience in the electrical industry.
- Demonstrated sales background with experience in value selling.
- Strong understanding of value selling principles and customer-centric training approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
