- Provide technical support across M365, Entra ID, Windows/macOS, and networking.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Document solutions and manage tickets effectively.
- Operate independently in sensitive environments.
- Maintain a professional and polished presence.
Requirements
- Proven track record delivering VIP/Executive support.
- Exceptional English (spoken + written).
- Strong technical support background.
- Self-driven and disciplined.
- Solid troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- Currently in the UAE (Dubai preferred).
