Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily general ledger operations and month-end close processes.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Assist in financial reporting and audit preparations.
• Mentor and support junior accounting staff.
• Implement and improve financial controls and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a General Ledger Supervisor or similar role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury resort environment.
