Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate efficiently with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs and specialized services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities management or a related supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance best practices, safety standards, and relevant regulations.

• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively.
• Proficiency in using facility management software and tools is an advantage.
• A valid UAE driving license may be required.
